So, how about focusing on one simple task rather than multi-tasking and giving your mind a little rest. Amidst all this confusion you need a good rest and recognition of your inner self, in order to perform better rather than filling our space with too many activities, which are realistically impossible to accomplish. Your mind can achieve rest only when you meditate.

Therefore daily meditation will help you in improving focus and self discipline. It is not essential to join a monastery and follow the strict rules for achieving that. Self discipline will help you in continuing with your daily quest of meditation. This traditional practice, strangely, has amazing results in awarding you with self control, happiness and thoughtfulness.
