Primal Awakenings assists the mind, body and spirit to relax at the deepest level bringing awareness and healing to the fundamental stage of cellular relaxation. This is the primordial level of who we are, what we are, what we like or dislike: our basic habits, ways of handling situations, callings toward certain careers, or ways of handling relationships. It is the area where we can find and root out repetition of unwanted behavior from the primitive self.

Every living organism has a basic, animalistic, intuitive, instinctive, root level of being and functioning.  It is this stage of being that drives us on the natural level of life form:  our survival instincts, some skills, our preferences, our fight or flight mode, our trust in all things; that feeling in our gut when we want to know something; the feeling we get when we know something is right or not what we think it should be.

Through human evolution, many of these instincts have become weakened and confused, yet continue to exist on some level. It is our task to re-discover who we are, what makes us tick, to ask ourselves what is the root of who we are, what anger, sadness, peacefulness or restlessness and more is resting deep within.  We may ask, where did I get lost?  While we may not always know or understand the what or why,  we can know that it is vibrationally healed within our mind, body and spirit structure, returning us to our true nature and self, the loving, kind, inspirational person we are all meant to be.

It is here, with Primal Awakenings, that we can find some of our deepest mysteries and create for ourselves our deepest level of healing through awareness of ourselves.  It is important to remember that healing can be very subtle and progressive at first.  It all begins here with the primal YOU!
